	Welcome to Kynance, a former tin-miners' cottage located at sea-level in one of the oldest and most picturesque parts of St. Ives. The house, built in the 1800's is situated in the Warren, a quaint, narrow street in a conservation area and is one of the few truly town centre guest houses in St. Ives.
Graded to a four star National Standard in 2007, Kynance is featured in a number of prestigious guides including 'The Rough Guide to England' and the 'Lonely Planet'.
		Kynance is only 100 metres from steps down to the superb, award winning 'Blue Flag' Porthminster beach (tides permitting) and 150 metres gentle meander from the sea-front/harbour area. With its close proximity to the beaches and the wide variety of seafood restaurants, shops and galleries, Kynance is one of the best located guest houses in St. Ives.
