All six bedrooms have private facilities, are centrally heated and have colour t.v., hairdrier, tea/coffee making. Some rooms have harbour/sea views. A key is given on arrival allowing guests unrestricted access at all times.
The open plan, beamed dining room and comfortable guests' lounge are decorated to reflect the work of local artists/potters.

A generous breakfast, freshly cooked to order is served from 8.30 to 9.15 am with traditional English, Vegetarian, Smoked Fish (kippers, mackerel, trout) or Continental options. For coffee lovers, we have recently acquired a commercial Gaggia espresso/cappuccino machine, using freshly ground Lavazza coffee beans. We are pleased to offer this at breakfast in addition to our cafetière coffee. |

Kynance has a south facing patio garden, accessed from the second floor, consisting of sub tropical palms/fuscia. A large pergola adorned with creepers provides some shade for guests who do not wish to wander too far. |

From the patio garden a flight of steps places you within 150 metres of the bus/coach and railway stations, providing easy access for guests arriving by coach/train or wishing to take excursions. |

As parking in this central part of St. Ives can be very difficult we are pleased to be able to offer guests reserved, numbered, concessionary parking
(see tariff) in the Railway Station car park behind Kynance, where monitored CCTV is in operation. |
