Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and served between 08.30 and 09.15 in the dining room. We are pleased to offer earlier breakfasts by arrangement.
Wherever possible we use local produce, fresh mushrooms and vine tomatoes.
Within our choice of breakfast drinks we offer tea, fruit teas, cafetiere coffee or cappuccino/espresso coffee using freshly ground Lavazza beans in our commercial Gaggia machine.
The following breakfast choices are available daily:
Traditional Breakfast
Orange or Pink Grapefruit Juice.Choice of Cereals or Porridge.
Bacon and Egg(s), Cornish Pork Sausage, Mushrooms and Tomato
or
Scrambled or Poached Eggs on Toast
or
Cornish Smoked Mackerel Fillets
or
Smoked Trout Fillets
or
Smoked Kipper Fillets
White or Wholemeal toast, Marmalade and selection of Jams.
Tea or Coffee.
Vegetarian Breakfast
Orange or Pink Grapefruit Juice.Choice of Cereals or Porridge.
Vegetarian Crispbake, Vegetarian Sausage, Mushrooms , Tomato and Scrambled Eggs
White or Wholemeal Toast, Marmalade and selection of Jams.
Tea or Coffee.
Continental Breakfast
For guests not wishing to have a cooked breakfast we are pleased to offer a Continental Breakfast of warm croissants and a freshly baked white roll with marmalade and a selection of jams.
