How to find Kynance Guest House.
Take the A3074 off the A30 following the road for approx. four miles until you come to the outskirts of town.
Do not be diverted off the A3074 at the junction outside the Porthminster Hotel, but continue straight ahead for a further 200 yards where you turn very sharply right at the bus station (before the Regent Hotel) into the Station Approach Road, leading into the station car park.
The rear entrance to Kynance is clearly visible on the left hand side fifty yards down the road. Travellers by road, rail or coach will find this the easiest way into Kynance, whilst our front door opens on to the quaintness of the Warren.
