We require all bookings to be for a minimum of two nights.
We request Saturday to Saturday bookings between June 21st and September 13th.

Guests are given a key on arrival and have unrestricted access to the house.

We regret we are unable to accommodate children under 7 years or pets.

A deposit (non-refundable) of £30.00 per person is requested when confirming reservations. Please make any cheques payable to Kynance Guest House Ltd.

We strongly recommend insurance against possible cancellation since accommodation cancelled will be charged if unable to re-let.

Non-smoking
Kynance is a non-smoking establishment and is fully compliant with the new obligations imposed on guest house owners in the Regulatory Reform (Fire safety) Order 2005. We have installed a modern fire detection and warning system with electrical smoke detectors in all rooms.

Reserved parking on the nearby Railway Station Car Park is available at £4.00 per day.

When enquiring about accommodation, please tell us of any special needs or requirements you may have so that we may advise on the suitability of the rooms we offer. Kynance is a former tin-miner's cottage built in the 1860's and within the conservation area. Given the nature of the building all our bedrooms are on the first and second floor and thus only accessible by stairs with a secure handrail. We do not have a lift.
